Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept the following payment methods:

All items are listed in GBP (British Pounds).
We only ship to U.K. addresses, and do not accept international orders.
The Town Jewels reserves the right to modify any prices within this web site without prior notice. However, the prices quoted at the time of order are current and will not vary to the prices quoted within the Checkout.
*Payment On Account: Credit Accounts may be set up following the approval of necessary credit checks. All accounts are 30 days net unless otherwise agreed in writing by a director of Kali Ma Designs Ltd. Please contact us to request an account.
Shipping & Handling
We ship to the UK only. Shipping costs may vary dependant upon destination of goods. UK mainland & Channel Islands items are shipped using Royal Mail. Deliveries will always require a signature.
We aim to despatch orders within 1 business day from receipt of order.

Credit Card Security
The Town Jewels does not manage or monitor any credit card details. We use a secure ordering system for your protection, PayPal which includes encryption and credit card fraud checking. Please visit Paypal for further details.
We quality check all of our Sterling silver jewellery prior to posting. However, should any item/s be received as damaged or faulty, we guarantee to either replace the item/s, where stock allows, or credit your account accordingly. Please read our Returns Policy section for further details.
Please note that many of our goods are hand-made and, consequently, small variations in colour, size and finish may occur from time to time. These may not be faults, but an inherent part of the nature of the products and are to be accepted as such.

The Town Jewels takes the security of your data seriously. We have in place both physical and electronic procedures to safeguard any data you provide.
Returns must be notified to us within three working days from receipt of the goods and returned via Royal Mail, well-wrapped, in their original unworn condition to The Town Jewels in any original gift packaging, within 14 working days. Failure to notify The Town Jewels may result in the rejection of the returned goods.
We do not accept returns of worn, altered or resized items.
Refunds will be via the original payment method only, using the same PayPal account.
Return postage is payable by the buyer, unless the item is faulty.
